Will it be visible under my clothes?

No. The Body Brace is designed to sit flat against your body and disappear completely under clothing. It works under blouses, blazers, knits and fitted tops. No lines, no bulk.

Can I wear it all day?

We recommend starting with 1–2 hours per day while your body adjusts, then building up to longer wear over 1–2 weeks. Most people comfortably wear it for 6–8 hours a day once they've adjusted.

Is it uncomfortable?

It shouldn't be. The Body Brace uses soft, flexible fabric — not rigid plastic or metal. You'll feel a gentle reminder to pull your shoulders back, but it's not restrictive. If it feels tight, size up.

What size should I order?

Measure around your chest (fullest part). S = 75–88cm, M = 88–100cm, L = 100–115cm. If you're between sizes, size up for comfort.
