Is it shapewear?

No. The Body Belt works on your clothing, not your body. Unlike shapewear that squeezes and compresses, the Belt gently tucks and shapes your outfit to smooth bulk and create a cleaner silhouette — without any compression or digging in. The Body Brace is a posture support, not a compression garment. Both products are about how you look and feel, not about changing your body.
